DONTECHCENTER

The company NPO “DONTECHCENTER” was established in 2004.

Works and operations are performed of the vessels located in the water areas of the Volgo-Don, Azov-Black Sea, Caspian basins (ports Rostovsky, Azov, Taganrog, Temryuk, Kavkaz, Eysk, cities Novorossiysk, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Mariupol). Our specialists have direct access pass for most of the abovementioned ports (harbours) as well as permits of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Rostov Region and the Krasnodar Territory for attendance of the vessels flying under foreign flag. We also have experience in maintenance service of the vessels at anchorage in Istanbul (Turkey). We work on twenty-four-hour basis seven days a week both in ports on mooring berth and during the voyage time without withdrawal of the vessels from the service.

In 2005 the company NPO “DONTECHCENTER” was recognized by Russian River Register of Shipping (Recognition Certificate of Russian River Register of Shipping № 3281), in 2006 it was recognized by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (Recognition Certificate of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping № 06.00003.185, Certificate of conformity of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping № 08.00024.185), in 2009 it was recognized by Germanischer Lloyd (Recognition Certificate № 60489-09 НН), and in 2012 it was recognized by Bureau Veritas (Recognition Certificate № N010/ATB/20120815114530).

NPO “DONTECHCENTER” is included into the service network of the companies “Transas”, “Furuno Eurus”, it is the second service centre of the company “Valcom” in Russia, it represents the interests of the “Katav-Ivanovsk Instrumant-Making Plant” (magnetic compass, induction log), NPO “Kaskad” (aerosol fire-extinguishing systems); our company is authorized center of the company “Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine” (radars “Bridge Master”, gyrocompasses “Navigat”), it is also has the certificates on completion of training at many Russian and foreign enterprises producing shipboard equipment.

Our electromechanical department has experience in repair, commissioning of modern engines “Wartsila” and associated electrical equipment “Praxis”. Certified specialists of our company provide service to ship systems of heavy oil fuel “Alfa Laval”. Our company is the recognition of RRR on ship hulls and fault detection and recognition of RRR structures and RMRS for the repair of hull structures and pipelines by welding. Has sufficient qualifications repairmen welding aluminum structures.

For performance of quality repair our organization has stock of SPTE (spare parts, tools and equipment) of the following companies: “Furuno”, “Sperry Marine”, “T&T” “Sailor”, “JRC”, “Samyung” etc., testing stands for the equipment to be serviced. Our personnel take training courses at plants manufacturing the equipment in Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Finland, Sweden, Japan, Turkey, South Korea. Most of the personnel has higher professional education in electrotechnical, mechanical and radiotechnical field (Rostov State University, Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute, Donskoi State Technical university etc.).
