LINGLU DS100

The LINGLU DS100 Doppler Log uses the Doppler effect to accurately measure a vessel's speed and distance traveled relative to water. This device features an eight-inch LCD display that shows speed (forward/backward), distance traveled, and total vessel mileage.

Thanks to advanced digital technology and high precision, the DS100 log ensures stable operation under various operating conditions, making it indispensable equipment for professional mariners. Its simplicity and intuitive interface make it easy to operate.

Key Features of LINGLU DS100:

  • Speed Measurement Using the Doppler Effect

  • Speed Display in Numeric and Analog Formats: Range from -10.0 to +40.0 knots.

  • Precise Tracking of Current and Total Distance: Accuracy up to 0.01 nautical miles (NM).

  • User-Friendly Interface and Clear LCD Display: Readable from up to 2 meters away.

  • Durable Components: Resistant to marine environment impacts, enhancing the device's longevity.

Factors Affecting Measurement Accuracy:

  • Weather Conditions: High storm conditions (6 points and above).

  • Sensor Location: Avoid installation near propellers, thrusters, or other equipment causing interference.

  • Water Depth: Minimum depth under the keel should be at least 3 meters.

  • Environmental Factors: Water temperature and salinity, as well as sound speed.

  • Vessel Trim and Heel: Measurement accuracy may be reduced at heel angles greater than ±10° and trim angles greater than ±5°.

The Doppler Log DS100 is reliable and highly accurate equipment, ideal for monitoring speed and distance in any marine conditions.
