Dontechcenter and Branar Establish Partnership in Marine Glass Equipment
Repair and equipping of ship portholes is now carried out using glass manufactured by Branar to individual technical specifications.
Scope of Partnership
The partnership combines Dontechcenter's expertise in the repair, diagnostics, and restoration of marine equipment with Branar's manufacturing capabilities in porthole glass production.
Partnership Capabilities
The joint work of the two companies covers the full scope of tasks related to ship porthole assemblies. Branar manufactures round and rectangular glass panels from 6 to 27 mm thick in accordance with GOST ISO 21005-2016 (GOST 9424-79), GOST 21672-99, and GOST 19261-98, including tempered, electrically heated, and laminated glass in protective and fire-resistant configurations. Dontechcenter performs removal of damaged glass, parameter selection for the specific vessel, installation, and leak testing.
