Customer Service Manager Vacancy
A customer service manager is required for an accredited testing laboratory in Rostov-on-Don.
The salary amount is determined based on the results of the interview.
About the Laboratory
The testing laboratory is an accredited facility that conducts the following types of analyses:
- • Petroleum products
- • Electrolytes for galvanic production
- • Bilge (oil-containing) waters
- • Foaming solutions
- • Organosilicon (silicone) fluid for torsional vibration dampers
- • Freons 114B2 and BF-2 compositions of ship fire protection systems
- • Boiler water for compliance with quality indicators
Our laboratory has recognition of technical competence issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the Russian River Register, confirmed by annual inspections. The appendix to the recognition certificate includes data on tested products, test types, and determined characteristics according to the relevant Russian, ASTM, and ISO standards.
Employee Responsibilities
- • Development of a client base, search and onboarding of new clients
- • Client communication via phone and business correspondence
- • Preparation of commercial offers and cost calculations
- • Preparation of documents for tenders
- • Ability to engage clients for cooperation
- • Conclusion and support of transactions
- • Document preparation in 1C
- • Fulfillment of plans and assigned tasks
- • Report generation upon management request
Requirements
- • Education: higher or secondary specialized (preferably technical)
- • Interpersonal skills and ability to conduct business communication and negotiations
- • Sales skills and desire to earn
- • Stress resistance and focus on results
- • Experience with 1C Trade 8.3, Excel, and Word
- • Ability and willingness to learn
- • Experience in laboratory diagnostics is a plus
- • Experience in sales is preferred
- • Experience working with CRM systems is preferred
- • Willingness to travel within the Rostov region (1–3 times per week)
Conditions
- • Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- • Probation period of 3 months
- • Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 to 18:00; weekends: Saturday and Sunday
- • Salary: base salary of 40,000 ₽ + % from concluded deals
- • Travel expenses covered
- • Partially mobile nature of the work
